What Financial Services and Products Do We Offer?
Hnry is an Authorised Representative of Flexewallet (ACN 164 657 032) who holds an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL No. 448066). Under Flexewallet’s AFSL, Hnry is authorised to:
- Provide general financial product advice for deposit and payment products limited to non-cash payment products; and
- Deal in a financial product by issuing, applying for, acquiring, varying or disposing of a financial product in relation to non-cash payment products
- Visa Digital Debit Card
General Advice Only
We provide general information in relation to non-cash payment products. None of the information we provide to you, either on our website, via email or over the phone, will take into account your personal financial circumstances and needs. You will always need to exercise your own judgement and should obtain independent financial advice in relation to your specific financial requirements. How our Employees are paid
All of our employees receive a salary, superannuation and various benefits.
How Flexewallet is Paid
We pay Flexewallet a monthly fee in order to be listed as an Authorised Representative of Flexewallet.
Fees and Charges
- We currently do not impose a fee for using your VISA Digital Debit Card through a Digital Wallet Service but we reserve the right to impose a fee at our discretion in the future.
- We do not charge any fees for using the Card, however, to the extent permitted by law, some merchants may charge you for using the Card and such fees may be deducted from the balance of your Card at the time of the transaction.
Conflict Of Interest
We do not have any relationships or associations which might influence us in providing you with our service.

Our commitment to you
We’ll acknowledge your complaint within ten working days, however, where possible we’ll aim to resolve your complaint on the spot. If we need additional time to get back to you, we’ll let you know. We’ll confirm that we’re looking into your complaint, and let you know when you can expect a response. We’ll also keep you updated on our progress.
External Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of our internal disputes procedure, you have the right to complain to the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA). AFCA provides independent financial services complaint resolution which is free for consumers.
